Erik was the idol in the plaster department during my apprenticeship.Everything that went through his analog hands became: a perfect model; beautifully socketed; precisely articulated.
This software is said to be his digital homage.

Highlights Additional module: implant models
  • the flexibility in processing IOS data (intraoral scan data). The standard procedure is to import a scan abutment scan and an emergence profile scan, which are assigned to each other in the software (matching). However, it is also possible to work with just one scan abutment scan. The software then automatically calculates the scan abutment from the data set and the emergence profile can be designed by entering parameters. In addition, several scan abutment or emergence profile scans can be matched directly in the software to form a data set in order to fit the model analogs and create the models. Implant models in the upper jaw and lower jaw in occlusion can be created together.
  • the fit parameters (offset) of the analogues for 3D printing can be set separately in the XY and Z dimensioning.In this way, the height discrepancy between the implant and the analog model can be avoided by making the necessary adjustments to the inaccurate pressure. All entries can be set independently for each implant analog. Presettings (default values) related to the implant type can be stored in a database.
  • The libraries of the model analogues from Straumann, Camlog, Medentica, Dentaurum, NT-Trading and Rübeling&Klar are available. The libraries will then be successively expanded and updated according to user requirements.
